A composer, no matter how brilliant, can't answer all the briefs. We have therefore created, around our integrated talents (Fred, Lucas, Cyril) a community of composers allowing to cover a large panel of styles.

BLACKSAD, original music by Anatole
For those who red the famous comic of Juanjo Guarnido and Juan Canalès, they will know that music is one of the main characters of the story. When DARGAUD proposed us to produce the music for the universe of Blacksad, and create collector's vinyl, Anatole took things seriously. Several composers worked on the writing of original titles, the setting to music of texts from the comic book and on the arrangement of successful titles quoted in the 5 volumes. A jazz quintet and renowned performers such as Hugh Coltman were also brought into the studio. 15 titles of pure retro jazz, soul and dark which found themselves on the disc. To discover as soon as possible.
