At the call of the country's most eminent gang, dozens of driving "thugs" and other speed freaks gather in the middle of the desert for a gigantic underground race, the winner of which will traditionally be elected "leader of the pack" for a year. Billy Joe, the shadowy leader of the Red Noses, has set his sights on a lethargic gas station to reclaim his title. Its full tanks of fuel, its few "comfort" facilities and the surrounding acres of arid tracks, owned by old man O'Neil and his daughter, make it the ideal location... Unfortunately, this remote site, hitherto neglected by all, will soon be in the sights of the authorities and the media......and the "LISA DORA" resort will become the scene of the worst kind of abuse...
